We work with trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf. Below is a complete list of our current subprocessors and how they process your data.

About Our Subprocessors
These third-party service providers are carefully selected and vetted. Each has committed to maintaining appropriate security measures and confidentiality in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You have the right to object to the use of specific subprocessors where permitted by law.
Providers marked EU consent required are not loaded at all for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland unless those visitors opt in through our cookie banner. You can review or change that choice at any time on our Cookie Settings page.
We also resolve visitor countries for our own analytics reporting using a geolocation database held locally on our servers. That lookup involves no third party and no data leaves our infrastructure.
Where a provider's processing region or public data processing agreement is still being confirmed, we leave that field out rather than state something we have not verified. Contact us and we will share our current position.

Google Cloud Platform
Infrastructure & Hosting
Purpose
Google Cloud Platform provides the infrastructure for our backend services, database, and computing resources. This includes Firebase Hosting, which serves this website and our publisher and admin portals, and Firebase Authentication, which handles sign-in for those portals.

Product Analytics & Feature Flags
Purpose
PostHog is our product analytics platform. We use it to understand how people use our platform, and to manage feature flags. Analytics are not enabled for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland until they opt in through our cookie banner.

IP Geolocation
Purpose
We call ipapi.co from your browser to determine which country you are visiting from, so we know whether we need to ask you for cookie consent. Because this lookup is what decides whether consent is required, it necessarily runs before you answer the banner. It returns a country-level result, and we keep nothing from it beyond that country code.

Transactional Email
Purpose
SendGrid delivers our transactional email — team invitations, integration hand-off links, and account and lifecycle notifications.

Purpose

AI Assistance (Internal)
Purpose
Anthropic powers an AI assistant used by our own staff inside our internal admin tooling. When a member of our team asks it a question, their prompt and whatever platform records the assistant retrieves in order to answer are sent to Anthropic’s API. This assistant is internal — it is not exposed on this website or in the publisher portal.
